Mutual of America Financial Group Names Christine Janofsky as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK, May 20, 2025 -- Mutual of America Financial Group, a leading provider of retirement products, services and investments to employers, employees and individuals, is pleased to announce that Christine Janofsky has joined the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. She reports to Stephen J. Rich, Chairman, CEO and President of Mutual of America Financial Group.

Janofsky is responsible for leading the Corporate Finance and Corporate Financial Services divisions. Among other responsibilities, she directs financial planning and analysis (including budgeting and forecasting), oversees treasury and cash management to make sure the Company maintains liquidity to meet its obligations and ensures the Company's financial reports comply with regulatory standards. She brings more than 25 years of finance and insurance experience to the position.
Prior to joining Mutual of America, Janofsky was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Nassau Financial Group, leading the company's FP&A, treasury, transformation, consolidated financial reporting, investment and tax functions. Before that, she served in various CFO and senior leadership positions at eHealth, Lincoln Financial Group, Fidelity & Guaranty Life and Nationwide Insurance.
Janofsky received a BS in Computer Accounting and a BS in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University. She has earned CPA and CGMA designations, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Harvard University's Catalyst Collaborative Program and the World 50 Finance Executives.
