Leveraging Partnerships for Greater Impact
Each year, the Community Partnership Award honors nonprofit organizations that leverage partnerships with public and private organizations in order to scale their transformative solutions to critical social challenges within their communities and beyond.
The 2025 award winners were selected from among hundreds of organizations that participated in the application process. Together, they represent a wide variety of innovative, results-oriented organizations that are driving measurable change in their communities. They join a growing list of Community Partnership Award winners that are forging new pathways to healthier, more equitable communities for all.
Since its inception, the Community Partnership Award has recognized 271 partnerships from cities and towns across America.
“The 2025 Community Partnership Award-winning programs exemplify the spirit of partnership and innovation and how it drives meaningful change in communities across the country. Their transformative work demonstrates how sectors can come together to create beneficial change in the communities they serve.”
